Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blitz Driver mobile application ("App") provided by Blitz Logistics and Dilevry ("Blitz Logistics", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://blitzlogis.com/driver/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By using this app you agree to follow company policies, deliver packages safely, and use the platform only for authorized work.

2. Eligibility

The App is available only to delivery drivers who are authorized, registered, and permitted to work with Blitz Logistics. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with your employment or contractor agreement and applicable local laws.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when logging in and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account on your device.

Notify Blitz Logistics immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Do not share your password or allow others to use your driver account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for legitimate delivery and work-related purposes. You must not:

• Use the App if you are not an authorized driver.
• Attempt to access data, packages, or accounts that are not assigned to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App or our API.
• Upload malware, scrape data without permission, or misuse company or customer information.
• Use the App in any way that violates law, company policy, or the rights of others.

5. Delivery obligations

As a driver, you agree to handle packages safely and professionally, follow assigned workflows in the App, and provide accurate delivery status updates.

Delivery destination addresses displayed in the App are operational destinations supplied by our systems—they do not constitute continuous location tracking of your device in v1.

You remain responsible for safe driving, compliance with traffic laws, and following Blitz Logistics operational procedures.

6. App features (v1)

Version 1 of Blitz Driver includes login, package management, delivery status updates, dashboard statistics, account information, and language selection (English / Arabic).

Push notifications, live GPS tracking, proof-of-delivery photo uploads, and other features may be added in future releases and will be subject to updated terms and privacy disclosures.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Blitz Logistics. Package, shipment, and operational data accessed through the App belong to or are managed by Blitz Logistics and its customers, subject to applicable agreements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for authorized work while your account remains active.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, company policies, or applicable law, or if your authorization as a driver ends.

You may stop using the App at any time by logging out and uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for workforce operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Operational decisions, routing, and employment terms remain subject to Blitz Logistics policies and applicable agreements with your employer or contracting entity.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blitz Logistics and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount permitted under applicable law and your employment or contractor arrangements.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Palestimian Governacne, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the dispute resolution processes defined by Blitz Logistics or your employment agreement, where applicable.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at https://blitzlogis.com/driver/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
