Blitz Logistics and Dilevry ("Blitz Logistics", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Blitz Customer portal and mobile application ("Blitz Customer" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when authorized business customers use the App to manage shipments, payments, and account activity.

Blitz Customer is intended for registered merchants and business users who have an account with Blitz Logistics. It is not intended for the general public or for individuals under 18 years of age.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Blitz Customer web portal and mobile app (package / bundle ID: com.blitz.customer) and to data processed through our production customer API at https://api.blitzlogis.com/.

This policy describes the current release of the App, including shipment management, dashboard summaries, payments, returned packages, and account settings.

3. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to authenticate customers, operate shipment workflows, process payments, and maintain account security.

• Account & identity: login credentials (email and password), customer profile information (name, phone, business address, company association), and optional saved login details if you enable "remember me" on your device.
• Shipment & business data: packages you create or manage (sender and recipient names, phone numbers, addresses, barcodes, COD amounts, shipping costs, weights, notes, and status history), follow-up records, and returned shipment data.
• Financial data: payment reports, confirmation codes for settlements, company shipping rates used to calculate delivery costs, and dashboard financial summaries provided by our servers.
• Device & technical data: device type, browser or app version, authentication tokens (access and refresh tokens), session cookies for API authentication, and IP address where logged server-side by our backend.
• On-device storage: browser local storage or app secure storage for tokens, language preference, and session state.

4. Data we do not collect

Unless explicitly disclosed when a feature is released:

• We do not sell your personal or business data.
• We do not store payment card numbers in the App for customer settlement workflows.
• We do not use third-party advertising identifiers in the customer portal.
• We do not continuously track your device GPS location through the customer App.

5. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate customers and maintain secure sessions.
• Create, update, and track shipments assigned to your account.
• Display dashboard status and financial summaries.
• Process payment confirmations and returned-package workflows.
• Calculate shipping costs based on configured company rates.
• Support app stability, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Meet operational, contractual, and legal requirements.

6. Legal basis

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process personal data based on performance of our service agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating a secure logistics platform, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

7. Data retention

We retain personal and shipment data for as long as your customer account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law, regulatory obligation, or legitimate business needs (such as accounting or dispute resolution).

Authentication tokens on your device remain until you log out, clear app data, uninstall the App, or they expire according to our security policies.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Blitz Logistics internal teams for operations, finance, and support.
• Hubs, drivers, and delivery partners as needed to fulfill shipments you submit.
• Infrastructure and service providers that host and operate our API and App, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

9. Third-party services

The following services are relevant to Blitz Customer:

• Blitz Logistics API (https://api.blitzlogis.com/) — core app functionality.
• Google Play Services — Android app distribution where applicable.
• Apple App Store services — iOS distribution where applicable.

10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) to our API and access controls on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to info@blitzlogis.com immediately.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal data, or object to specific processing.
